According to all the info, I should be able to transfer my GEDCOMS (I have several) from my database Roots Magic, to Family Tree which I have bought for my ipad2. I desperately need an idiots guide as trying to do it through itunes or via email hasn't worked. I am obviously doing something very wrong and am getting so frustrated. Please, please, please can someone kindly take me through the process step by step. :-S :-S Many thanks Jackie

Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 7,819 Send Message	I guess the procedure will depend on the actual app that you have installed. Some apps don't appear to download data at all but just allow you to access and view a web based tree. Didn't the app supplier provide instructions?
