In my latest copy of Who Do You Think You Are Magazine

1) Polish Genealogical Society of America

www.pgsa.org/index.php.

2) www.family search.org.

3) www.jewishgen.org/infofiles/polandv.html

will give you names and addresses and how to conduct research in English at the Polish Repositories.

It's a good idea to have a map of Poland from the time in which your relations lived there, as the borders have been changed throughout Poland's history. You can Google for maps.
