The thing is Thelma that the 35 entries in the One Great Tree should be separate people whereas the 600 on the Genes tree could include many matches.

However the likelihood is that the One Great Tree is compiled from submitted trees with limited checking and the result should be treated with caution.

I entered RENYARD in their free search.
Only 35 entries and 7 subscribers.
Genes have at least 600 entries.

You can check it out on Facebook. There are some look-ups on there wall.

Thank you all for your replies, yes there is a free trial but you have to give bank details and I really don't want to do that.

If it's like Ancestry's OneWorldTree then it won't be worth paying for.

It claims to have a free 7 day trial, so could you access it that way?
