ancestry 1911 census

Hello

Could anyone let me know if ancestry has changed the way you look at the 1911 censuses please I just seem to keep getting the summary books.

I have not done any research for a few months.

Nothing has changed on Ancestry for 1911

Still summary books and no fully transcribed index yet

The Welsh 1911 has been trancribed and I also think the channel Islands and the Isle of Man has also been transcribed

Whilst the 1911 England Census is not yet available by name search on Ancestry you can nevertheless view the census pages.

Provided you can identify the family you are looking for on the Census Summary Book then armed with the reference, you can go and view the page.
