I did see this one, but for some reason, I wasn't happy to get involved in this one, maybe its just me.

As far as I'm aware electoral rolls are not online

Hi, I am posting this message on behalf of my friend who would like to know how to find electoral rolls in ireland? She has the name of a person that she would like to connect with and knows she is in Ireland - no idea what part though but believes it to be southern. She knows that the lives there and has a telephone and would like to write to her... is there any way of finding electoral roll info for ireland on the internet? or is there a researcher willing to look up e-rolls on her behalf?
