I have replied to you with suggestion of Jane Ferguson Black, but you could do with some more people having a look. At least it's something to start with even if it turns out to be quite different!
I did forget about attachments via Genes !

You ought to be able to send items as attachments to the GR PM's :-D Bet you forgot that - lol

(unless of course you are in the group which is having problems with the message centre)
