Weren't there complaints after the last set of upgrades that some people couldn't access theirs?

There are 2 email addresses you could use for GR

[email protected]

But no doubt they are short staffed during the Christmas Holidays.

Interesting, it did not open when I was accessing from the top buttons here, but did from the Home page, even when same tabs.

Can someone tell me why I cannot open my Tree?

Seems everyone is quick to help others, I have contacted Genes but no reply.

I am a full member. new computer, going great otherwise.
Experienced Genealogist.
What more can I say.

If you've taken the time to look at the image, you may be adding information that quicker copyandpasters haven't given.

You can edit your post later when you've had a chance to see what has already been added to the thread.

Better duplicated info than none at all!

Some years ago, I heard a radio interview with the mayor of Victoria.
She said the downside of being a woman mayor was she had to be twice as competent and twice as smart as the men - the upside was that that wasn't that difficult.

It always impresses me with the speed in which some Reseachers find a BMD or Census result. I often try to help but by the time I find anything there are 3 or 4 responses already posted. To rub salt in my wound, that which I found is the wrong one !! Give an old man a break and let me be first for a change.
