All the certs I ordered before the hols arrived within 3 days - 2 seperate orders -was so surprised.
However one cert did not arrive. Phone yesterday and was told to complain online as most people were away from the office.

Did that yesterday about 11am - got an email to say I would get it within 2 days. So shocked it has just arrived in the post.

Must be the fastest cert I've ever received - accom. doc says ordered 29 Dec & dispatched 29 Dec. Wonders - they must be short of work. :-D :-D

The quickest I have received certificates was 3 days. That was this time last year in between christmas and the new year.

I ordered one and as I wasn't sure which one was mine (2 James Adams in the same area ,same year) I got them to check.
It came quicker than when I put page & vol numbers!!. Took 4 days total so maybe thats the way to go!!!

I usually receive certs in 7-10 days. Might be delayed with all the bank holidays though!

I ordered some certificates on Friday I was having trouble with my computer
so I phoned the order through but they gave me no dispatch date and I was
wondering if anyone knows how long youy wait these days
