it says she had 5 children 4 still living but i can count 5 children, maybe a misprint or have they listed the deceased child?

It's just a possible as the children were born Folkestone

They ask the age last birthday not year of birth so yes she would have been two when the census was taken. It is not the first time I have seen deceased children listed on the 1911

I saw one the other day where 2 dead childrens names were entered and neatly crossed through, so easy to read !!

It was a known problem, the inclusion of deceased children in household schedules, and there was action taken to try to rectify it at the time.

The National Archives podcast 'The 1911 Census: a vision of England' includes an explaination of what happened...

I've got relatives on the 1911 who included the details of their deceased children until I guess they realised and struck through their mistake. I think it's probably more common than anyone realises until one of us lot spots it.
