I cannot read he occupation of Elizabeth james, in teh 1871 census below is the link tt the page on ancestry and she is on line 18. Can someone decipher this for me please.

The younger one is a scholar.
The older one is an annuitant...(.ie. receives modest income from a pension or similar )
