Just added this on the end of another thread but thought it might make an interesting thread in it's own right.. Can you better the time span ?!?

My great great great grandfather James was born in 1787. His youngest son George was born in 1845 and in turn George's youngest child Ada was born in 1896. She passed away in 1960, 173 years after her grandfather's birth and 5 years before I was born.

Researching:
Siggs of Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and West London, Wise of North Hampshire, Wiltshire and North London and Aubrey/Whiting of South Wales/Herefordshire.

My great great grandfather Nathaniel was born in 1801. His youngest son Louis was born in 1874. One of Louis's offspring, W, was born in 1914.

W. was still alive in late 2011, and as far as I know still is, 210 yrs after her grandfather was born.

My husband passed away in 2009.

His grandfather was born in 1833

Can only do 170 years

gg grandfather born 1825 his son born 1859 my grandmother youngest of 16 born 1904 died 1995 aged 91

a little bit differant my gt gt grandad john was born 1801 my gt grandad william born 1821 my grandad born 1866 my dad born 1901 and i was born 1946 and still here in2012 211 years
