The link opens fine for me.

When you sent the e-mail with the URL did you have any other characters written after the URL. Even if you just had a fullstop (period) after the URL it wouldn't open.

You don't even need to copy and paste it..just click on the link.

thanks Kathleen I don't the reason it won't open for him the article is about his family. I don't know what else to say to him I can
copy and [aste the link and it will open for me.

It opens o.k. for me Margaret so he shouldn't have a problem unless he is trying to type it all out instead of copying and pasting and he's missed something out.

What sort of 'link'?

If it's a URL, there should be no problem, unless the site is defunct
