Help trying to report error

Did you click on preview to see what happened?

When one contacts GR, the preview button always appears - to give you the option of editing your message before sending it

If you use "Contact Us" then you do not get the option to Send / Submit until after you have Previewed the Message.

However the Submit button, once you are in Peview, is set too low and is helf obscured.but if you press that purple bit that is still showing then it will work

I reported this problem on the Suggestions Board a few weeks ago and Ryan told me he would get it looked at. Still waiting .........
The British Newspaper Archives are held on Genes. If, like me, you are a Standard Member then you can purchase credits to view. Each view costs 5 credits.

And I reported a problem with a wrong image a couple of weeks ago and was told it can take up to 4 weeks to correct it due to the possibility that the page may need to be rescanned.

Don't forget that Brightsolid also own the other site offering the Newspaper Archives.

GR now hold a collection of records called British Newspaper Archive.

Since Colette has been able to access other newspaper articles, there is probably a 'broken link'. :-)

Silly question...but if you hit preview then does it offer send ??

Have you sorted it yet? Apparently, the purple send/submit button for some people is a rather small purple dash. Just tried, and see the problem you have - preview but no send!

Perhaps they are fed up with being deluged with messages :-D

Hi all I am trying to report an errror of a newspaper item i cannot view..I can view others but not this one..

I went on Help...Then Contact ..then support but when i had filled all the details in the only button i see is Preview not send..

Any ideas
