Disappearing tree/ Help Please

:-( I have been helping a friend start up on Genes R. Her family tree was entered and we logged out. Next visit to GR the tree had gone leaving only 2 or 3 names. This has happened twice. Anyone else had this problem and if so how do we fix it.

You scroll through the tree and bits of it have disappeared ? I get that. I expect they're 'working on it' ;-)

Researching:
Siggs of Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and West London, Wise of North Hampshire, Wiltshire and North London and Aubrey/Whiting of South Wales/Herefordshire.
