Both old and new versions are loading ok me me at present.

Are you getting anything at all?

I can see my tree, but for the last few days have had problems view others.

I see the names, but nothing else, just a blue space.

The GR tree contains rather a lot of data and won't load correctly if there is insufficient space available within your browser cache.

If a GR tree suddenly fails to load whereas it was previously ok, clearing out the cache (i.e. temp files) , and whilst you are at it, increasing it's size limit, will often solve the problem.

I do "housekeeping" on the PC regularly and often.

The blank "other screen" doesn't happen all the time; if I get out of that tree and go back, it is sometimes ok, but usually not. The next day it works again. I emailed GR about the problem (at least twice this week) but have yet to get an answer.
