Just had an email from Genes advising that my subscription is due to be renewed. I had a 6 month platinum. Unfortunately I do not find it worth renewing this and want to go on a basic basis, whereby I can have access to the wonderful Community Boards.

How do I go about doing this and anyone any idea of the price.

Thanks

You may be able to change it if you go into your account .

Tried this but nothing there, also went into subscription but it only shows the options to renew for the platinum

Let your subscription lapse and become a free member.
You can then pay to be a standard member.
This may take up to two weeks.

12 month plan £1.67 per month*
6 month plan £2.50 per month*

* Prices above expressed monthly.
Actual payment will be taken in one lump
sum for full value of membership.

You need to make sure the auto renew box is unchecked.

If you go into My account and then into subscription details you have the option to uncheck the auto renew box.

Many thanks for this. I have unticked the auto renewal and will let is lapse and will follow the advise to become a free member.

It will be well worth the £20 to get advise from all you wonderful helpers.
