I assume this is the '2nd marriage' you are referring to? It could be someone else you know. Normally electoral registers can only be checked in person.

How do you know his 1st wife died in 1930? I am guessing you are going by the birth of a child. If so you might be able to find the birth entry on Freebmd, and from that the mother's maiden name.

Assuming I am guessing correctly, is the person still living, if not what is their name?

can any one tell me if you can access electoral rolls for middlesex 1930-31 as have above persons address but not sure on who his wife was , got 2 wifes one died august 1930 but then it seems he remarried 2 months later ,so this dont sound right to me
