Help...can anyone help with deleting relatives

Hi, can anyone help me please?

In my tree I am putting together somehow since I logged in yesterday my grandfathers mother has now also become his daughter. So because of this I cant delete either entry as the system wont allow to delete a parent when siblings are attched. So because of this there is no top relation. I seem to be stuck in a circle.

Hope someone can help.

The best thing is to contact Genes support.

Are you using the new tree? If so then try using the old one.

Thanks KenSE.. I have sent them a message and awaiting reply. Just thought i'd see if anyone could help as I was eager to get on.. tried using both trees.
