William, I only have a very basic tree on GR,

As far as the family tree building program goes it has never been the best place to put your tree,

You would be better to use another source to build your tree, Their are several free ones that you can download to your PC and several very good ones that you could buy,

GR's best resources are the members on the community boards for help with advice and look ups

I never use GR for records they are too expensive,

I use sites like Ancestry, Findmypast, LDS, free bmd, free cen, and any others that can be found through Google

I gve up on my first day,,,,and nothihg has changed...

If you have to cotact GR to do a tree....it just shows how useless GR is...

The Site is still beset by Error Messages.I'm attempting to add people to my Tree this morning using the Old software but being met with an Error Message entitled;There has been a fatal error etc etc.
