FS also has 22% of 1940 transcribed. You can "view all states" via a link at foot of blue panel to see what %age is transcribed for each of the modern 50 states - there's no link nor info on:
DC, American Samoa, Guam, Canal Zone, PR, US Virgin Islands.

I dont know if its advertised yet, but there are some 1940 transcriptions on Ancestry
