Is there anyway without a surname to look up an address to see who lived there without any idea who the people were. Think i used to be able to do this, :-S

What sort of year are you trying to find information about - modern or old?
The answer is probably yes, either way.
Thanks

FMP has census you can search by address. Not having used GR's version, someone else could advise.

Historical Electoral rolls are normally held in the local main library or archive. If the occupant was entitled to vote, that would be address searchable but only in person, not on line

Ditto modern ER which are only searchable by address on the full roll. However 192.com and other sites have indexed the commercial lists from 2002 so that the ER can be searched by name.
