Is my request unreasonable? am I being a nuisance?

PLEASE Genes how much longer before I can add new photos to my tree.

After being very patient for months!! Early April I sent a polite message to Genes asking when it would be possible to upload photos to my tree.

They sent a message back, but could give me no time frame.

It is now into May and the situation has not changed,

It is impossible to upload new photos into the Old Tree, if you upload to the new tree your photo is the size of a 'thumbnail sketch' and the Photo then copies itself into everyone in that particular strand of your tree and then there is no way of deleting or editing it.

The code is broke. They can't fix it. Move along there, nothing to see, just a small dot com crash.

Me too, now matter what I try, nothing. When the problem first started in March, I was able to upload on my new tree but not the old one. I alway use my old tree as I prefer the layout. Now I can't add photo's on either.
As they say its doing my head in, and I wish they would sort it out.
