Hi all Im in need of some help please.
I have a death cert for a mary jones (married name hewitte) it states date and place of birth as 11 december 1908 in trehertbert in south wales she died in west sussex

I have her marriage cert and it shows she married john charles hewitte in August 1932 in Paddington London, it shows her dad was Griffith Jpnes and he was a farmer

I no Griffith was a farmer in Wales as I remember mym mum talking bout him when I was little but I dont remember much of the stories she told

right here goes I am looking for Mary Jones birth records and I cant find it anywhere as jones in wales well what can i say lol

Did she have a middle name, or do you remember if there were siblings at all?

I see she didn't use a middle name on marrying. If all other info is correct, there are 3 matching births. Her father's name isn't quite as common as some, but struggling to see her 1911, at least with father who was a farmer.

Ive just had a look at all my certificates and found a copy of the marriage for Marys dad Griffith Jones tho it is a poor quality I can make out he marrieedd to a Jane Jones in 1907 at caenavan and at the time of marriage Griffith was living in Rhostryfan hope this helps
