1881 Census. Blind?????

Thanks Choccy. He was ok on 1871 census and I suspect it was an
accident at work, so that would tie in well

looks like 'Blind Eight Years' to me

Could someone look at the 1881 census please, for Richard Underwood born 1828 Shropshire, living in Stone Row, Dawley Shropshire.
The last column states Blind, but I cannot read the following word(s).
Any help to decipher this would be much apprecited.
