Hi, was hoping to find an emigration record on FMP, but no luck - however, I did stumble across this marriage: |

Wow Ivy. Both entries seem to be a possibility. Thanks. |

There are very few UK census entries for Hadde to give an idea of the origin of the surname. |

There is something very odd about the Ancestry listings for marriages in England and Wales between 1916 and 2005; aside from the Strickland 1935 marriage, all other nine entries take place in different parts of the country in the Jul-Sep 1959 quarter - can anyone else reproduce this oddity by searching for Hadde marriages? |

The last Stickland/Hadde births, assuming the same parents, was in 1953. |

The marriage cert, if you don't have it already, will give the names of the fathers if known. |

There are passenger lists on Ancestry that we can check if you give us a name. |

A copy of the marriage certificate should hopefully show the couple's father's names and occupations, which might help. |

I am very new to this and was wondering if anyone could advise me on where to look for someone who was born outside of the Uk, came to Uk and married, and left Uk and married someone else. |
