I just did the way Beejay said and it did it a treat...so simple ,I feeel stupid now but again I have learnt something new today.

Sue I used to have XP so try this

Click on Start button bottom left hand corner of computer
Click on All Programmes
Accessories
System Tools
System Restore

After clicking system restore you should get a box with dates highlighted, click on the date you're happy with and it should take the computer back

Click on "System Restore" and follow the instructions.

Hi
Could some kind sole tell me how to backdate my computer to yesterday.

I have done something wrong and I know I can fix it by backdating my computer.

I am running xp home addition.
