Tom, there is another site you may be interested in ... Ontario Cemetery Finding Aid ... there are quite a few Gunters on there in the Hastings / Northumberland area. We are visiting that area in late summer if you need help. |

Birth records are private in Ontario for 100 y, marrs for 85 y. Death records are public, but there's no index published for 70 y, so unless you already know the details you need for an order, it's prohibitively expensive to pay for all the searches you might need. |

A tree on Rootsweb says that George Thomas Gunter was the son of Dorwin Samuel Gunter (1895-1934) who in turn was the son of Samuel Nelson Gunter (1849-1921) All born & died in Canada. |
