Not quite right, Reggie. Some libraries have indexed them on microfiche, as I found out when I visited Barrow - in - Furness. If you don't know the address it might be worth ringing the relevant library and asking if they have indexed them. |

The ones which are not online can be searched ONLY by address. |

Electoral registers are normally kept at the nearest main library to the address. These have to be searched in person, but staff might do a lookup. |
