Can anyone help me? - I have found my great grandparents on the 1881 Census. My great grandmother Catherine Cone (nee Graham) is on the 1891 and the 1911 Census, but I am unable to fine her on the 1901 census for Oldham, Lancashire. My great grandfather Joseph Cone died 1895. Name has also been spelt Cohen. My great grandfather was born in Ireland so I think it is proabaly Cone not Cohen. Ann

On the 1911 census she is classed as a widow with 4 of her children Joseph Cone age 25, Jane Cone age 22, Frances Cone age 16 daughter and John Cone age 9 Grandson Address 3 Terrace St, Oldham

I can find John Cone on the 1901 Census
age 15 living at 180 Moorhey St, Oldham ?.

Looks like them 1891, not that it helps!

Re. the marriage above, just to clear it up:

'Thanks for your help Janet - The Catherine you mentioned married John Marlor and she is the daughter of my Great grandmother Catherine Cone.'

I cannot see Catherine senior or the others anywhere 1901. Have also looked at Irish 1901, as there is a connection to Ireland, but still no joy.
