I think the Medway News was around then too, it closed this year after printing for about 75 years

I googled your thread title and came up with this article -

The picture in the article is a copy from 1940 so I would assume that the Kent Messenger would have been in the 1950's as well.

Anyone know what the local newspapers were in Chatham, Kent in 1950's - in particular 1958 please??
