I've only just discovered 'My Updates.'

Come to think of it I probably did know about it but just forgot again!

At the top of the page you point to Messages then My Updates . . .
. . . really good :-D

' My updates' shows names that have been added to the trees of people in your contacts. It also lists the messages they put on the boards.....

However it's worth keeping an eye on them, saves you waiting for hot matches.
