Hi I am trying to trace my birth father who was Sidney James Smith born 1930 (ish) and I think he came from Essex. I also have been told I have a half brother called Michael Smith who was approx 6 years older than me so was probably born around 1958.
I am new to this family tree stuff so do not know where to start. My family have not told me a great deal over the years so I have limited information.
