1940 US Census on Ancestry

Searching (with images) is free on Ancestry right now.
Ancestry is missing 25 states (treating Alaska as a state). 14 of these are available (also free with images) at:
https://familysearch.org/1940census/

The last 11 states where one is currently forced to browse are: AR, CT, IL, MD, MA, MO, NJ, NC, SC, TX, WV
FS has completed the transcription of AR & MO but it takes them abt 1 wk to get the index up and linked to the images.
