I know this sounds dumb but how do I open an att File sent through Genes .
I can't seem to open mine .
Suex :-S

I will try but It might be easier to sort if you say what you are doing.

Do you see a "paper clip" in the mssage to say there is an attachment

Do you see a "green box" stating get attachments.

Have you clicked on the "get attachments box" which will then show underneath, the link to the attachment.

Click on the link to open it.

If you have done all these, then i dont know, contact GR

Its an attactment that came to me through Genes in my inbox.It is a message from somone I contacted...a reply .

with this massage it said

GET ATTACTMENT ,when I try to open it it won't open the att for me .

Researching:

So when you click on the "get attachment" nothing happens, do you not get a link showing underneath

as in this example of one another member sent to me.

"Get Attachments" when i click on this the following shows

"1916CanadaCensusofManitobaSaskatchewanandAlberta_164220258.jpg"

When i click on get attachments, i get the link showing, which takes you to the attachment.


If thats not happening i can only suggerst you contact GR
