	Hi Can anyone help? I have an ancestor listed in the 1841 census whose occupation is entered as F.P or possibly F.S. It appears that he may have been working for a farmer as those listed before and after him are Ag. Lab and the main entry is for a Farmer. I would love to solve this mystery! Sue :-)

	Could be a farm servant

	F S = female servant M S =male servant Roy

	M S and F S (male and female servant) are quite common on the 41 census.

	Thanks to all who replied to my query about occupations listed in 1841 census. They were really useful. Thanks also to Roy and Cynthia for their very helpful info. on how to use Genealogy chat properly. I hope I have got it right this time. :-) :-)
