Are they new?

I found my g/grandfather & his siblings all in Lancashire about 2 years ago.

What people to have to consider is religion -

Liverpool and surrounding areas remained staunchly Catholic even through the Reformation.

I was brought up beleiving that my mother & me were the only Catholics in the family only to discover via the records that my staunchly Protestant family were descended from a Catholic father...... So much for their Masonic beliefs.
