See the Ina Birth details shown above. I think that it is quite likely that she is indeed the daughter of Lilla but whether Alfred Bell was her father or not so clear as my guess is that Ina was born whilst her mother was unmarried. The fact that Ina's surname when her birth was registered is the same as her mothers maiden name would indicate that.
The fact that Lilla who appears to have been born in 1904 but did not marry until 1949 in itself is a bit unusual. There is actually another Beale/Beale birth registered in Tendering Registration District in 1924 so perhaps Ina was not Lilla's only child.
Probably you will need to look at the Electoral registers in Colchester c1948/9 to see whether Lilla and Alfred were living together prior to marrying. A copy of their 1949 marriage certificate should give you the address to use when looking at the electoral register.
