What can we do to make GU listen !

I have lost a huge amount of detail from my tree which I have been working on for three years. How can I get GU to put it right ? Viv :-( |

Try "Contact Us" which is under HELP at the very top of the page and ask GR where the information is. |

Thanks everybody for your suggestions I have had a message from genes this morning asking me to reply listing all the detail that is missing ? Some detail is there today that was not there yesterday but I will not renew my subscription unless the old format is reinstated. I feel terribly let down. Without the members support I think Genes would be in real trouble Viv |
