I am looking for an ancestor born abt 1810 in th above place. I have looked at Online Parish Clerks and note that this parish in not one of the ones with online data.
Can anyone tell me what the local church might be and where the records might be kept please?

Parts of Ainsworth come under Bolton and part Bury. The non-conformist churches might be listed as Cockey Moor. Family Search have some of these registerson line at: https://www.familysearch.org
