I have looked for this in the following census and there is only fredrick, I'm wondering where they have gone.it done say he is a widow now, can't find a death record or any other census for fredrick. Don't know where the children are either. I'm hopeless at searching records :-(

Thank you for your replies. My gg grandfather is fredrick jones He was born in 1896, to Ann and WIlliam Jones all of Marshfield they were all cattle dealers/pig farmers and lived on white gate farm. He married Maria Rees, but I can't find the marriage certificate, they had my g grandfather Godfrey jones was born in 1884 and another son Trevor Jones but can't find out what happened to any of them. My family were supposedly very wealthy people owing lots of farmland in and around the marshfield area. My g grandfather did change his name at some point to Patrick Casey as he had a fallout with his family and moved into the pill area of Newport, I am aware his family solicitor was Moxon and Petty and he also had and uncle Daniel Guy.

I would be very grateful for any help that anyone could offer.
Kindest Regards

Julie
