This is A English cert , does the informant if there not family have to put there address on it oOOpps maybe thats what it is

Looking at one of mine dated 2002... section 6 says occupation and usual address ( of deceased ) ..then section 7a) is Name and surname of informant and section 7c) is usual address ( of informant)

Could one address be where they lived and one where they died?

What country is the certificate from? If England, then this site gives a good explanation of each column:

Cant see a column called Usual Address. am looking at one of mine!! .Are you looking maybe at the informants details and its their address

I have death cert of some one where it states Date and place of death , + occupation and usual address have same address to Further down the page in

The colum of Usual address . theres a different address on it



any ideas :-)
