I've tried 192.com with no luck

You'll probably have to contact a Library in NI close to where you think they may live. The ER will only be searchable by address. :-0

Have you tried https://www.livingrelativesearch.co.uk/ ? You might still get the same no result as 192.

Have you tried on line phone books, or is the name too common?

Would it be worth contacting the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland. They may be able to say which search engines have their Rolls, or where copies of the ER are held.

From this link,

**Searching the electoral roll

We don't keep copies of the electoral roll (also known as the electoral register).

We often receive enquiries about the electoral roll (or electoral register as it is sometimes known). The electoral roll is held at your local electoral registration office (or council office in England and Wales). The Northern Ireland electoral register is held by the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland.

You can find contact details for your local office by entering your postcode on our About my vote website**

Unless you have an idea where they might be living, it sounds as if you will have quite a task on your hands!

Many people withold their details from the public ER, which would explain why there is nothing on 192.

Have you tried the phone book?
