So far I cannot see any of my pictures as they all say "Not Available". Online help says I must PM the owner (Me) for permission. On the positive side I can now open my main tree using IE8. Pop up blocker was (despite being deactivated) stopping this. Firefox is still much faster on GR in general but hasn't solved the photo problem. Many of my photo titles have also been scrambled - i.e. the titles are there, some of them, but not the pics.

"Exciting new releases"...yes, i'm feeling quite excited. Not. :-(

One out of two isn't bad ;-)

Hopefully your correct photos are available on the slide out details page even if they've got mangled on the Keepstafe or Relative Profile.

Have you noticed that if you click on the 'Edit' button of one of the photos, there is a privacy option in the right hand column? That's presumably something else new to come - being able to decide who is allowed to view them.

Hi Malcolm, I am really sorry about that. We did migrate the images in to the Keepsafe, but on this occasion it looks like the migration was unsuccessful. I have passed your details on to the technical team and they will re-import the images for you. Don't worry, we haven't lost them!
Kind regards,
Estelle

Hi Malcolm, I am pleased to inform you that we have re-migrated all your photos, and they should now be available. Please note that to help performance there is a certain amount of caching of images, and it is worth doing CTRL+F5 if you still see the Not Available images.

If anyone else has a similar experience of not seeing their photos, then please let Customer Support know and we will re-check.
