Natasha, as I posted previously, it was some while ago that GR staff said consideration would be given to the find living relatives board's posts being seen first by GR before being seen publicly. By some while ago, I was being generous; it was probably about a year ago. |

We are aware that members would like posts to be pre-approved. This suggestion has been passed to the product team. I can't say when this will be discussed as we have other projects on the go at the moment which are taking priority. I think most of you know that our team is pretty small. So this does mean we have to prioritise the work we do. I realise this is frustrating when you are giving me so many great suggestions, but we are really trying to do as much as we can to improve the site. |

Hi Sylvia, sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the way in which posts are reviewed. Posts that have been RR’d are then looked at by our Customer Support Team who try to be as fair as possible but sometimes it does come down to a matter of personal opinion. The Team do keep of a record of members who’ve continually reported posts unnecessarily and we do issue warnings against these members. |
