Hi Karen,

I have checked a number of trees I have access to and I can open them without a problem.

Maybe the tree owner has removed your access to their tree?

Karen - You can check out whether you still have access by going to Contacts (under Messages above) and by the name of the Contact , under Tree, there will be a tick, saying View or a cross, saying Request.

If there's a cross, you will have to ask them again to open their tree.

If there's a tick and you still can't get access, then you will need to ask Genes Support for help.
