There are a few years on Ancestry for Croydon

Croydon North East 1963 & 1965
Croydon North West 1963 & 1964
Croydon South 1963 & 1964

According to Wiki Croydon was amalgamated in to Greater London in 1965.
Don't forget that qualifying voters had to be 21 or over

Ancestry has London up to 1965

Apparently the Midlands registers go up to 1955 but never looked at those

Only by searching the electoral registers which are probably at the library nearest to the address or have been archived

Unless it is a London register
