Does not help.

1928 and 1946 and walter swensson appear in long link, for clues?

Sorry, I dont know what to suggest but thankyou for your help. Yes hes in my tree but under a different surname as he would have emigrated under his step fathers surname Im presuming as I cant find him under his real surname - although the spelling may have been wrong. Thanks for trying, people.

VERA, sorry I didnt see your message. Hopefully that's him thankyou, I can rule him out as he went to the USA. It had been on my mind that he might be 'my man' I'm looking for. :-)

I was searching for Walter Swanson or Walter Swensson, and the name did not appear as belonging in a tree with your name.
I was just trying to see if you had more information about him to pinpoint him in the records.

Has this search for your Walter been resolved?

If not, you could post his birth, parents, stepfather's details and we can see if we can locate him

Vera's post has two records. But your reply states "him", and Vera's records are likely to be for two different people. And you "rule him out as he went to the USA".

I have previously assisted you with two same-name long Ancestry links.

So where do you think that your Walter went, if not to America?

It would also assist us (ie those who are happy to help) if you were to post a little bit more info. such as the approximate year of birth.
