Contact support and tell them what has happened - they should be able to transfer your payment to your original membership.

You tree will remain on here indefinately whether you remain a member or not.

Welcome to the boards.

I could be wrong but as far as I know there has never been a contact phone number on the site for Genes. I think you have to email the support team.

You shouldn't have lost your tree. Even if someone stops being a paying member their tree stays on the site.

Hopefully someone else might be able to give you a better answer.

I NEED A TELEPHONE NUMBER I HAVE JUST PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION AND DONE IT UNDER THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS SO IT HAS CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT FOR ME SO I HAVE LOST MY TREE HELP ANYONE :-( :-(
