To close the small screen, click on the box at the right top with >> in it.
Or if you select another person on your tree to look at, the screen will change automatically to the second person's details.

Hope that's what you were asking!

Enter the required info, then click "Save" at the bottom of the small screen.
If you can't see "Save", reduce the screen size - Control key, with - (minus) as often as necessary.

I'll try it in several small pieces.

When you click on the person in your tree, you'll see a box at the right hand side of the screen with the symbol << in it.
Click on that, and a small screen with the person's details will slide out from the side.

Have been trying to answer this question, but GR is only uploading part of my answer, so no good!

I have just rejoined GR and I am really confused! I remember being able to go into individual members on my tree and add information ie where born but find that no longer happens, is this because I am using an iPad instead of lap top or have GR changed that format? I would appreciate some help pease.
