Family Tree problem

Hi all
I'm not sure if this is the correct board, but I have a problem adding a spouse to my great grandfather.
I go to add spouse, and get the page to add details which I do, but the Save button is not to be seen. The only way to leave this page is the X at top right of page. This just leads back to Grandfather, with nothing added.
I have tried Support and they have asked me to explain in detail with names and dates etc. so that they can investigate. I cannot explain any other way I'm afraid.
When I added his other four children I had no problem, on each page, there at the bottom left was the Save button. Does anyone have any ideas please?

I'm no expert, but it may be due to wrong resolution.

Go to the page that comes up when you switch your computer on.
Right click.
Remember the Resolution you have (in case it doesn't work).
Move the Resolution pointer, then keep checking to see if you can see the "Save" button.

Good Luck.

Hi Joseph

Thanks for the reply, it had to be something like that, I have recently added the spouse on my ipad and it worked as expected. I don't understand how the children didn't cause the same problem though.

The children don't have as much detail, so their "side screen" isn't as long as the spouse one, and the Save button is still visible.

If you have a Taskbar along the bottom of your screen this can obscure the save button.. can also obscure the number of pages you have of other people's trees.

Press "Control" key on your keyboard, at the same time as pressing - (minus sign) as often as required until the side screen becomes small enough to show the "Save" box at the bottom.
